W6/W6T amplified receiver handsets
The W6 handset has an amplified receiver controlled
by a rotary (thumb wheel, shown) volume control. The W6T handset has an amplified
receiver controlled by a Touch Bar volume control. The electronic circuitry
is completely contained in the handset.
Key Benefits:
- The W6/W6T amplified handsets are for added receiver volume
in noisy surroundings, poor line quality and for the hearing impaired. They
include a carbon compatible transmitter for clear transmission and are hearing
aid compatible.
- The W6 volume control level is fixed until the thumb wheel
is rotated. The W6T Touch Bar volume control resets to normal when you hang
up to protect the user from unexpected high volume level (meets ADA requirements).
The W6T allows easy variable setting to receive the desired volume.
- Quick and easy installation - the Walker W6 and W6T amplified
handsets simply replace your old handset.
- The W6 and W6T are available in G (500) or K-styles. (Noise
canceling available as an optional feature.)
